Online Orders

Your contact information as well as financial information will be requested from you at checkout, and is required in order to make a purchase. In the case that an error occurs upon processing your order, your personal information will be used to contact you.

Any changes or cancellation to an order must be made within 4 hours of placement of original order. Requests may not be accepted after this time, please send all order changes or cancellation requests to furniture.westhome@gmail.com

You will receive an email confirming your purchased items, billing and shipping information shortly after placing your order.

We accept MasterCard, PayPal, VISA, VISA Debit. Only North American credit cards will be accepted.

 

Return Policy

You have 7 days to ship and return unused Stock Items in original condition with receipt and original packaging for an exchange or credit note. The 7 days begins on the date that the package was delivered.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to make sure it is in resalable condition before issuing a credit note or an exchange. If for any reason, the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging or is no longer resalable, item will not be accepted for an exchange or credit. NO refunds or exchanges will be permitted without a receipt or gift receipt.

 

Exchanges are processed as a new order. We will credit the value of the returned merchandise and charge you for the new order.

After 7 days, items cannot be returned and are a final sale. We pride ourselves in maintaining high quality standards and cannot take back items that have been used, damaged or are not clean.

*Please note all returns are done at the customer's expense.  It is customer's responsibility to ship and return purchased item(s) under warranty which needs to be replaced. West Home Furniture will not be held responsible in any way for any costs incurred in getting the product back to our warehouse.

 

Special Orders

All special order and furniture items are final sales and cannot be cancelled. Special orders are items that we do not have in our inventory and have an estimated order lead time. Once the items have been paid and ordered, they cannot be returned and are a final sale. You will be informed of the estimated order time for your items prior to completing the special order. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Please note that estimates are given based on information given by the supplier; West Home Furniture is not responsible for supplier delays or back orders. As soon as the order arrives in store you will be contacted by either telephone or by email.

 

Payments

Full payment must be made prior to the shipment of your order.  Only e-transfers and in store payments are accepted.  We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Debit as a form of payment online only.
