Shipping Information

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping across Canada and US! The Free Shipping offer includes all West Home Furniture items! Some areas within Canada and US are excluded from the Free Shipping offer. These exceptions include but are not limited: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and certain remote and rural regions in Canada. These exceptions also include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other territories in the US. Please note, all orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, CA.

All furniture deliveries are curb-side and deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes. We recommend opening and inspecting all furniture pieces upon delivery. In the case that products received are damaged, please advise the driver and sign for the item as 'damaged'. Please contact us at furniture.westhome@gmail.com and provide information on your order and damages so that further steps can be taken.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, it must be reported no later than 2 business days from the original date the item was received. Please contact us at furniture.westhome@gmail.com with photos clearly showing the damage or defect, a copy of the original invoice receipt, item description and model name/number.

Exceptions

Our Free Shipping Offer exceptions include but are not limited: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and certain remote and rural regions.

Free Shipping discounts are not applicable with returned merchandise. This offer is not valid on previous purchases. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized or ineligible use of discount, and this offer may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. 

US-bound shipments do not include brokerage fees and any duty or customs charges involved in cross-border shipping. Shipments to the US over a certain value may attract the attention of the local Customs office; this is out of our control and all charges accrued from this are the responsibility of the receiver.

Any shipments returned via FedEx, Purolator or UPS can lead to brokerage charges which will also be the responsibility of the customer.

*Please note all returns are done at the customer's expense.  It is customer's responsibility to ship and return purchased item(s) under warranty which needs to be replaced. West Home Furniture will not be held responsible in any way for any costs incurred in getting the product back to our warehouse.
